摘要
目的:建立用HPLC测定归芍胶囊中的芍药苷含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长:230nm,流速:1ml/min。结果:芍药苷在0.41～4.08μg范围内线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.6%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeoniflorin in guishao capsules. Methods：The HPLC method was used C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5um）.The mobile phase was methanol-water （25：75）.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.The flow rate was 1ml/min. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.41-4.08 ug. The average recovery was 98.9% （RSD=0.6%）. Conclusion ：The method is sensitive, specific and repeatable.
