摘要
目的:杜绝使用有致癌嫌疑的二氧六环,提升产品质量。方法:利用1-间甲氧苯基-2-二甲胺甲基环己醇的顺反异构体在丙酮(水)溶液中的溶解度不同的特点,将顺反异构体分离;改进成盐析晶操作,提高盐酸曲马多的澄清度稳定性。结果:反式异构体的液相含量高。结论:盐酸曲马多的新合成方法切实可行。
Objective: To avoid the use of dioxane which may cause cancer to improve the quality of the product. Methods:According to the different solubility of the cis-trans-isomer of 1-3-methoxyphenyl-2-[(dimethylamino)methyl] cyclohexanone in acetone(water) to separate the isomers. Improving the process of salification and crystallization to enhance the stability of clarity of tramadol hydrochloride. Results:The content of trans-isomer is higher analyzed by HPLC. Conclusion:The new synthesis process of tramadol hydrochloride is practicable.
