摘要
目的:采用2,4-二硝基氟苯高效液相色谱柱前衍生法测定尿维氨滴眼液牛磺酸的含量。方法:采用Shim-packVP-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.0)-乙腈-水(70∶20∶10)为流动相,流速:1ml/min,检测波长为360nm。结果:在8.14~40.68μg/ml范围内,牛磺酸的峰面积与其浓度呈线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.81%。结论:本方法操作简单、准确,可用于测定尿维氨滴眼液牛磺酸的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Taurine the compound allantoin vitamin B6-E and aminoethylsulfonic acid eye drops by 2,4-dinitrofluorobe pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatography. Methods:Using Shim-pack VP-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm) as the column ,phosphate buffer(pH 7.0)-acetonitrilewater (70:20:10) as the mobile phase,and flow rate was 1 ml/min with UV detection at 360 nm. Results:The method within 8.14-40.68/xg/ml,had a good linearity (r=-0.9997).The average recovery of fluocinonide was 98.1% ,RSD was 0.81%. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the compound allantoin vitamin B6-E and aminoethylsulfonic acid eye drops.
