摘要
目的:观察磷酸肌酸治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:对符合诊断标准的病毒性脑炎,按入院先后分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸1g/d,通过观察临床主要症状持续天数及疗程判断疗效。结果:治疗组的发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐及意识障碍持续天数较对照组缩短,两者有显著差异。结论:磷酸肌酸佐治病毒性脑炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the effiacy of Creatine phosphate in the treatment of virulence encephalitis. Methods： All patients of virulence encephalitis in our department were divided into two groups randomly, and were treated by traditional western medicine. Creatine phosphate was used in one group of patients（1 g/d）and wasn＇t used in another. We distinguish the efficacy of therapy through observing the sustained days of main symptoms. Results： We find that sustained days of fever,headache,vomit,twitch and transcribe of using Creatine phosphate are much shorter than not using one, and the distinguish between them are obvious. Conclusion： Efficacy of using Creatine phosphate to treat virulence encephalitis is very notable.
