摘要 目的:观察磷酸肌酸治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:对符合诊断标准的病毒性脑炎,按入院先后分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸1g/d,通过观察临床主要症状持续天数及疗程判断疗效。结果:治疗组的发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐及意识障碍持续天数较对照组缩短,两者有显著差异。结论:磷酸肌酸佐治病毒性脑炎疗效显著。 Objective: To observe the effiacy of Creatine phosphate in the treatment of virulence encephalitis. Methods: All patients of virulence encephalitis in our department were divided into two groups randomly, and were treated by traditional western medicine. Creatine phosphate was used in one group of patients(1 g/d)and wasn't used in another. We distinguish the efficacy of therapy through observing the sustained days of main symptoms. Results: We find that sustained days of fever,headache,vomit,twitch and transcribe of using Creatine phosphate are much shorter than not using one, and the distinguish between them are obvious. Conclusion: Efficacy of using Creatine phosphate to treat virulence encephalitis is very notable.
