浙江经济发展的文化力和文化发展产业化——从文化与经济双向互动的视角

On Cultural Force behind Zhejiang's Economic Development and Industrialization of Culture

文化的作用体现为文化力,经济发展需要文化力的支撑。改革开放以来,浙江文化和浙江精神推动浙江经济创造了奇迹,但浙江经济发展的文化力中"教育"这一重要因素的作用亟待充分发挥。文化的发展阶段和水平,受到经济发展阶段和水平的制约;文化产业化本身则是经济结构调整、产业优化升级的需要。推动浙江文化产业更好更快发展,今后需要在依托经济的快速发展、坚持先进文化的前进方向、遵循市场规律、深化文化体制改革等方面努力。

Economic development depends on cultural force.While Zhejiang culture and Zhejiang spirit engender Zhejiang＇ s miraculous economic growth, the function of education has not been brought to full play.The present paper argues that in order to promote Zhejiang＇s economic growth further efforts should be made to carry on the advanced culture, follow the law of market and deepen cultural restructuring.
