试论拓展高校图书馆的联机编目

On How to Improve Online Union Cataloguing at University Libraries

本文对高校图书馆的联机编目现状进行了简要的概述,并对在新形势下拓展高校图书馆的联机编目发展方向进行了分析;就如何提高联机编目人员素质适应联机编目拓展提出了建议。

This paper first gives a brief account of the current situation of online union cataloging at Chinese university libraries. Directions of further development in this field are then analyzed. Finally,some suggestions are put forward as to how to improve cataloguers＇ professional skills.
