摘要
目的探讨哈萨克族患者健康教育的模式。方法随机将76例哈萨克族患者分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用改进后专门针对哈萨克族的宣教法,对照组采用改进前的同汉族宣教法。结果实验组患者配合治疗护理情况、陪护接受宣教内容的有效率、患者及陪护者对护士的综合满意度均明显提高。结论哈萨克族患者,因其对象特殊,我科总结出特需宣教、按需宣教、反复宣教的方法,经过2组的对比,结果显示:这个方法适合哈萨克族患者。
Objective To investigate health education model for Kazak patients. Methods Seventy six patients were randomly divided into two groups, the Kazak experimental group and the control group. The experimental group employed the publicity and education program, which has been specially modified and improved for Kazak patients. The control group used the un-modified education program applying to the Han ethnic group. Results In the experimental group, the cooperation of the patients for the treatment and care, the efficiency of the caregivers accepting the contents of the publicity and education, the comprehensive satisfaction of patient and caregiver regarding nursing care were significantly improved. Conclusion Because of the particularity of Kazak patients, we summed up by special needs, on-demand and repeated publicity and education approach. With comparison of the two groups, it is concluded that the modified heath education program is suitable for Kazak patients.
