运用ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石210例临床疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨仰卧位多角度ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效。方法充分利用德国多尼尔公司生产的最新开发成果"小王子"碎石机的优点,可以采用仰卧位不同方向的多角度聚焦于输尿管下段结石上,将结石粉碎。结果结石排净率达99%(210/205),一次碎石成功率高。结论"小王子"碎石机具有灵活的定位系统,可以达到理想的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-angle ESWL on the inferior ureteral stone in supine position. Methods Utilizing the Dornier Compact Delta lithotripter's virtue which shock vave can focused on inferior ureteral stone by multi-angle projecting in supine position during the fragmenting of the stone, Results the stone-free rate was 98%, most stones had been fragmented during the the first time of ESWL. Conclusions Dornier Compact delta lithotripter posses flexible localization system, by which ideal effect can achieved.
