从分析车削加工和镗削加工时主轴回转轴线的位置变化入手，研究了主轴回转轴线的纯径向跳动和纯角度摆动所造成的加工误差，得到了与传统观点不同的新观点。

? Begining with the analysis about position alteration of spindle swivel axis while turning and boring, the machining error resulting from pure sideways run-out and pure angular swing of spindle swivel axis has been studied and a new standpoint different from the traditional one has been concluded.
