申论是公务员录用考试的重要公共科目,命题对于提高考试质量作用重大。针对近几年来命题的特点和问题,改革命题的内容和形式,提高公务员录用考试命题水平,选拔合格人才。

In view of several year propositiong characteristic and the question, the reform proposition＇s content and the form, enhance the official hire test proposition level, selects the qualified personnel.
