摘要
以微波辅助萃取半边旗总黄酮物质,并对其抗氧化作用进行了研究。通过研究微波功率、微波作用时间、浸提温度、料水比等单因素对黄酮提取率效果的影响,进行二次通用旋转试验设计,优化半边旗黄酮提取的工艺参数。结果表明其最佳条件为:用蒸馏水作溶剂,物料与溶剂的比1:48.75(m/V),在微波炉功率800W,以其40%的火力辐射处理2.85min后,在80℃浸提1h。此条件下的黄酮提取率为3.13%。该提取液对自由基有良好的清除作用。
The optimization of microwave-assisted extmctionof flavonoids from Pteris semipinnata was studied, Single factor test and quadratic general rotation union test design showed that, the best extraction agent, ratio of solid to liquid, microwave power, microwave irradiation time, water-extraction temperature and water-extraction time were water, 1:48.75 (g / mL ), 800W, 170s, 80~C and lh, respectively. under those conditions, the total flavonoids content of Pteris semipinnata was 3,13 %. Besides, the extracts showed high antioxidation activity.
