子花茶剂的制备和质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control of a Novel Medicinal Tea with Semen Cassiae and Honeysuckle

摘要 制备子花茶剂,并建立其质量控制方法。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行决明子和金银花的定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定大黄酚和绿原酸(C16H18O9)的含量。结果表明:薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别专属性强,重现性好;且方法简便,可有效控制成品质量。 A novel medicinal tea was prepared using Semen cassiae and honeysuckle as raw materials and the method for its quality control was studied. TLC was used for the characteristics of Semen cassiae and honeysuckle in the medicinal tea and HPLC was used for the determination of the contents of chrysophanol and chlorogenic acid. Results showed that this simple method was suitable for the quality control of the medicinal tea.
