"浆料类外墙外保温"和"膨胀珍珠岩、蛭石类屋面保温"做法在节能65%标准下受到了一定的限制,甚至在某些地区被禁止使用,通过对我国建筑能耗和节能标准、保温材料性能和施工方法等方面的分析,找出这种做法受限制的原因,并通过工程实例提出了其下一步的发展方向。

Under the standards of energy-saving 65%, the using of “the sole slurry class external thermal insulation” and “the inflatea perlite, the vermiculite roofing heat preservation” have been limited, even were forbidden in some certain areas. The characteristics of energy consumption and energy efficiency standards in our country, thermal insulation material performance and construction methods were analyzed, and the limited reasons for the technology were pointed out. Based on the project examples, development direction of the technology were put forward.
