摘要
主要阐明了喷涂聚氨酯硬泡外保温系统中外挂装饰板所使用的龙骨产生的热桥效应以及由于龙骨外挂装饰板材所产生的空气层对系统抗风压性能的影响。通过建立足尺寸模拟房屋的大型实验,确定了热桥对外保温系统保温性能的影响程度,又通过大型风压试验确定了喷涂聚氨酯硬泡外保温系统中外挂装饰板做法的抗风荷载能力,为龙骨外挂装饰板的聚氨酯硬泡外保温系统的推广提供了依据。
The hot bridge effect of steel stud on energy efficiency in the external insulation system of spraying rigid polyurethane foam (SPF) with decoration panel was clarified, and the influence of the air lay located in the external insulation system of SPF with decoration panel hanging on steel stud on wind resistance performance was described. Series of fundamental and systematic experiments were performed. The influence degree of hot bridge on external insulation system performance and the capacity of wind resistance were determined, which will serve as an evidence to promote the external insulation system,
