摘要 以相变材料A和环己烷为囊芯,三聚氰胺一甲醛树脂为囊壁材料,采用原位聚合法合成了相变材料纳米胶囊。考察了影响制备纳米胶囊实验条件,通过SEM、DSC、DTA等手段对纳米胶囊相变材料进行了表征。实验结果表明,pH值对纳米胶囊乳液的稳定性影响很大,并影响到纳米胶囊的外观;环己烷的加入对结晶成核有很大影响,有利于获得粒径更小、分布更均匀的纳米胶囊;实验获得的纳米胶囊的粒径主要分布在0.4~1.0μm,且表面光洁且致密,粒径分布均匀,最大相变热为158.6J·g^-1。 Nanoencapsulated phase changing composite was synthesized through in - situ polymerization by using phase change material "A" and eyclohexane as core, melamine - form - aldehyde resin as shell. The effect of experiment were discussed, and the diameter distribution, surface morphology, thermal properties and structure of the nanoencapsules were investigated by means of SEM, DSC, DTA and TG. The results showed that the pH value had effect on the stability of emulsion and themorphology of the nanocapsules. The viscosity of the oil - phase was reduced by adding cyclohexane, as a result, the diameters of the nanocapsules are reduced. The the particle size of obtained nanoencapsules was centralized in arange of 0.4 - 1.0μm. The surface of microcapsules was smooth and compact and the biggest phase transition heat of nanoencapsules was 158.6J · g^-1.
