精确计量-喷射液化技术主要利用喷射液化器作为酒精生产原料——玉米淀粉水热处理过程的设备,以取代老式加热器;同时将玉米粉原料、工艺用水、淀粉酶、糖化酶等精确计量后混合入系统中,优良的设备与精确的工艺物料配比设计相结合,使酒精生产过程中的多项消耗指标不断改步,生产成本不断降低。

The gauge - injection liquidation is a techology which uses steam injector instead of old type heater process corn starch. The corn starch, water, amylase and saccharifying enzyme were mixed and put into the injector. The consumption indexes were improved and the cost of production was reduced combining the gauge of mixture ratio of materials.
