摘要
温度是影响液相色谱分析的重要因素,但是其作用却一直没有得到很好应用。本文在液相色谱基础上构建了一套适合高温分析的色谱系统,并通过对苯同系物及芳香烃的分离考察了温度对色谱分离选择性的影响。结果表明,对于结构差别大、保留机理不同的物质,改变温度可以显著改善分离的选择性。
Temperature is an important factor to HPLC, but it has not been well studied. One system found on the basis of HPLC system, which was suit for high temperature. The temperature selectivity was studied through analyzing benzene homologue and aromatic hydrocarbons. The result showed, the selectivity could be improved while compounds with different constructions or different retention processes.
