溶胶热解制备锐钛型纳米TiO_2

Preparation of nano-crystal anastase TiO_2 through the thermal decomposition of Ti(OH)_4-TEA sol

目的合成纳米TiO2粉体。方法以三乙醇胺分散Ti(OH)4形成的溶胶为前驱体,热解制备。结果得到了粒径为10～30nm的锐钛相纳米TiO2粉体。结论以三乙醇胺分散Ti(OH)4形成的溶胶热解可以制备锐钛相纳米TiO2粉体。

Objective To prepare the nano-crystal TiO2. Methods To decompose the Ti （OH）4-TEA sol thermally. Results Nano-crystal anastase TiO2 with the particle size of 10-30 nm was obtained. Conclusions The decomposition of Ti （OH）4- TEA sol was a feasible way for the preparation of nano-crystal anastase TiO2 .
