摘要 目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)中组织蛋白酶D(Cath D)的表达与临床X线分期、病理分期的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学的方法,检测75例骨巨细胞瘤中Cath D的表达。结果Cath D细胞阳性率20.0%~86.7%,阳性率与骨巨细胞瘤患者的年龄、性别及病理分期无关,而与GCT的X线分级及局部浸润情况密切相关。结论Cath D阳性率可能是评价骨巨细胞瘤局部浸润情况的有价值的指标,为骨巨细胞瘤的手术治疗提供帮助。 Objective To investigate the relationship among the expression of cathepsin (Cath) D, clinical manifestation and pathology in giant cell tumor (GCT) of hone. Methods The experission of Cath D in 75 cases of GCT tissues was detected by using immunohistochemistry. Results The positive experssion rate of Cath D was between 20. 0%-86. 7%, which was not related with age, gender and pathological staging, but with radiative grading and local infiltration. Conclusion Cath D expression rate maybe a valuable index in evaluating the aggressiveness of giant cell tumor.
