摘要 目的探讨SREBP2基因的常见多态rs4822063与胆固醇水平的关系。方法在948个研究对象中采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态方法进行基因分型,分析rs4822063不同基因型间胆固醇水平的相关关系。结果与常见G等位基因的携带者(GG+GC基因型)相比,少见等位基因纯合子CC携带者的高总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)及高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)的危险增加;CC基因型携带者TC和LDL-C的水平高于常见G等位基因的携带者(GG+GC)。结论SREBP2基因的常见多态rs4822063与胆固醇水平相关。 Objective To investigate whether the sterol regulatory element binding protein 2 (SREBP2) gene polymorphism was associated with plasma cholesterol level. Methods Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of SREBP2 gene rs4822063 was genotyped among 948 unrelated subjects using standard polymerase chain reaction and restriction-fragment-length polymorphism methods. Various analyses were performed to test the relationship between this SNP and plasma cholesterol level. Results Compared with the major allele G carriers (genotype GG + GC) , the minor allele C homozygotes (CC) had significantly increased risk of high plasma total cholesterol (TC) and high low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels ; and the genotype CC carriers had higher plasma TC and LDL-C levels. Conclusion The SREBP2 gene polymorphism was significantly associated with plasma cholesterol levels.
