多因素降维法介绍及其在复杂疾病研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 在人类遗传流行病学病例与多对照研究中,复杂疾病的基因型和表型间的复杂关系依赖于基因-基因、基因-环境因素交互作用。相对于传统的统计方法,多因素降维法(MDR)是目前成功应用的无参数、无遗传模式分析交互作用的方法。了解以及掌握这种方法的基本原理、步骤及特点,有助于更深入的研究复杂疾病的基因型和表型间的关系。
