A Pilot Study of Spatial Development Strategy of Land Use——Application of Conceptual Planning to Overall Land Use Planning

概念规划将发展战略与利用空间相结合,增强规划的战略性和空间性,在一定程度上满足新时期社会经济发展对规划的要求。提出基于规划理念与方法的土地利用空间发展战略研究,并与原有战略研究的内容和成果相结合,共同指导土地利用总体规划编制,以大同市为实例,具体说明土地利用空间发展战略研究的思路。

Conceptual planning can strengthen the strategy and spatiality of land use by combining development strategy with uti- lization space and satisfy to a certain degree the demand for the planning. This paper proposes introducing the idea and method of conceptual planning to overall land use planning in the strategic research of land use, and combining the content and outcome of traditional study to guide overall land use planning effectively, with Datong City as a case study.
