土地利用的生产要素对经济增长贡献测算——以湖南省常德市为例

Contribution Land Use Production Elements to Economy Growth——A Case Study of Changde City

根据柯布-道格拉斯(C-D)生产函数构建适用于土地利用的生产函数模型,依据模型结果分别计算出1996-2005年间,"九五"期间,"十五"期间土地利用中各生产要素对全社会总产出,农用地利用中各生产要素对第一产业产出,建设用地利用中各生产要素对第二、三产业产出贡献率。结果表明:资本投入是全社会总产出和第二、三产业增长的主要要素,劳动力投入是第一产业增长的主要要素。建设用地利用的资源配置属"倚资本发展型",农用地利用的资源配置属"倚劳动力发展型",土地利用总体属于"倚资本发展型"。农用地利用处于报酬递增阶段,建设用地利用处于报酬递减阶段,土地利用总体处于报酬递增阶段。

This paper constructs a production model suitable for the land use based on Cobb-Douglas （C-D） production model and according to the results of the model works out contribution rate of various factors to social output in land use, contribution rate of various factors to primary industry in farmland use, and contribution rate of various factors to the second and third industries in con- struction land use during 1996-2005. The results indicate that investment of capital is the primary factor for the total output of soci- ety and for the growth of the second and third industries, with the labor force investment the primary factor for the growth of the primary industry. The utilization of farmland is at the stage of reward increasing by degrees, construction land use at the stage of degression, and the total land use at the stage of increasing by degrees.
