摘要
本文就刃磨方式对带锯锯齿表面质量的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明:带锯经传统的非冷却式横磨法刃磨后,锯齿表面质量差,锯割时易于磨损和开裂。采用新型的冷却式纵磨法,可以改善磨削条件,提高锯齿的疲劳强度和耐磨性,有效地防止疲劳裂纹的产生与扩散。
This paper is focused on the studying of influence on the surface quality of bandsaw′s tooth with the grinding method.The result shows that the conventional uncooling horizontal grinding method makes the surface quality of bandsaw′s tooth low,on the contrary,the new cooling vertical grinding method can improve grinding condition,heighten fatigue strength and wearingresisting capacity,and it can eliminate fatigue cracks efficiently.
