创新团队建设是新时期科研发展的必然产物。农业科研院所在创新团队建设方面刚起步,还需要向高校、中科院等部门学习。应在选好团队带头人、创建合理梯队、理顺沟通渠道、塑造团队精神等方面做出努力。

The building of innovation teams is the necessary outcome of the development of science and technology of the new time. This work is still at its early stage in academies and institutes of agricultural sciences. So these academies and institutes should learn from higher leaning institutions, the Chinese academies of sciences and other departments and make efforts to select team leaders, build appropriate echelon, set up communicating channels and cultivate team spirit.
