摘要
应用0.25~0.60kgy的^(60)Co-射线对荔枝蒂蛀虫ConopomorphasinensisBradley卵和蛹进行了辐照处理的研究,结果表明,卵的孵化率随辐照剂量的增加而降低。0.60kGy辐照后,卵不孵率和幼虫死亡率达93.64%。前期蛹比4~5天龄的蛹对γ-射线敏感。经0.50kGy辐照后,供试的前期蛹不能羽化为成虫,经0.50和0.60kGy辐照4~5天龄的蛹后,蛹的羽化率分别为74.93%和67.68%,而且羽化出来的成虫为不育成虫。
