达赖集团提出的所谓"中间道路",核心内容是通过鼓吹"大藏区"、"高度自治"恢复其农奴主集团的特权,恢复其对西藏的政教统治权力。但是,从行政区划、宗教信仰和民族关系上,"大藏区"的说法是没有历史依据的,而且不尊重中国民族历史发展特点,不符合体现我国国情的民族区域自治制度,也不利于西藏的经济发展、文化交流,不利于西藏地区各民族间的团结。达赖提出"大藏区",是用来欺骗国际社会、维系流亡集团并以此和我国政府讨价还价。"高度自治"本质上是达赖集团企图恢复对西藏的政教合一统治。事实上,西藏早已实现了政教分离,完成了民主改革,建立了劳动人民当家作主的民族区域自治制度。

The key to Dalai Clique＇s Middle Way approach is to resume the privileges for serf owners and restore their rule over Tibet with political and religious power, by preaching ＂ Grand Tibet Area＂ and ＂ high degree of autonomy＂. However, considering the administrative division, religious belief and ethnic relations, the so -called ＂ Grand Tibet Area＂ has no historical basis. It does not respect the historical development features of Chinese ethnics, is not in accordance with the System of Ethnic Regional Autonomous, and is unfavorable for the economic growth, cultural ex- change and ethnic harmony in Tibet. The so -called ＂Grand Tibet Area＂ is used to deceive the international community, maintain their clique in exile and bargain with Chinese Government. ＂ High degree of autonomy＂ is in essence the attempt of Dalai Clique to restore their rule over Tibet with political and religious power. In fact, separation of religion and state has been achieved and democratic reform has been completed in Tibet for a long time, and the System of Ethnic Regional Autonomous has been established, under which people are the masters of their own country.
