Types and Countermeasures of Harmful Factors in Oil Predrilling Construction

通过对石油钻前工程施工危险有害因素进行分类分析,其主要危险因素有自然危害、高处坠落、起重伤害、物体打击、机械伤害、触电伤害、火灾、运输事故、坍塌事故、井架倒塌、标志及信号缺陷;有害因素有噪声和振动危害、中毒。针对这些因素,从安全管理、技术、教育培训方面提出防治对策及措施。

The author classified analyses dangerous and harmful factors in oil predrilling construction. The major dangerous factors include natural hazards, fall from a height, lifting harm, object knock, mechanical injury, electric injury, fire, transport accidents, collapse incidents, derrick collapse, signs and signal defects. The harmful factors include noise, vibration hazards and poison. The author proposes prevention countermeasures from three main aspects as safety management, security education and training.
