摘要
在医疗服务竞争日益激烈的今天,医院的核心员工对医院的发展显得尤为重要。医院的核心员工是医院核心竞争力的重要构成部分,对构建医院品牌有着举足轻重的意义。本文首先界定了医院的核心员工,分析了核心员工的特点和满意度,并从非经济激励手段的角度探讨了如何提高医院核心员工的满意度。
In the fierce competition of present medical service, mainstay medical workers play a particular role in the development of a hospital. They are an important part of the core competitive force in the hospital indispensable in establishing the brand of the hospital. This paper defined mainstay medical works and analysed the strong points and contentment of the workers and made an exploration into the contentment of the workers from the angle of non-economic encouragement.
