摘要
制备以电子媒介体天青A和纳米CdS来固定辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)修饰的H2O2生物传感器。采用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法对该传感器的性能进行了研究。试验表明,该传感器对H2O2浓度在4.0×10-6~1.2×10-3mol/L内呈线性关系,检出限为1.4×10-6mol/L。
A hydrogen peroxide biosensor has been prepared by immobilizing horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on electrode with Azure A mediation and CdS nanoparticles. The sensor performance was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry techniques. The results showed that the senor had a good linear relationship to H2O2 in the range of 4.0*10^-6-1.2*10^-3mol/L, and the detection limit was 1.4×10^-6mol/L.
