摘要
研究了不同香蕉品种、成熟度和提取方式的香蕉提取物及其浓度对霍山石斛原球茎形成和小苗生长的影响.试验结果表明:相同浓度下广东芝麻香蕉提取物对霍山石斛原球茎形成最为有利;不同成熟度的试验中,刚成熟的马来西亚帝王香蕉混合提取物对霍山石斛原球茎形成最为有利,已烂熟的可加快小苗的生长,浓度为15%.不同提取方式的马来西亚帝王香蕉提取物试验结果表明:提取物沉淀有利于基部原球茎的形成和小苗的生长.
The effects of different variety of banana, various mature degree of banana and different concentration of banana extract on the seedlings growth and the formation of the protocorm - like bodies of Dendrobium huoshanense were investigated. The results showed that the extract from Guangdong Gingeli banana was more beneficial to the formation of the protoeorm and that the extract from Malaysia Emperor banana was the best for the growth of the seedlings. Furthermore, mature bananas could promote the growth of the seedlings. The concentration of extract at 15% was optimal for seedlings growth on 1/2 MS medium.
