摘要
本文论述了元认知的概念与结构,阐述了元认知的特点,讨论了元认知教学策略设计及其目标与任务,分析元认知对教学策略设计的影响因素,以及元认知研究结果对教学策略设计的启示。最后,论述了元认知在外语教学中的运用和学生元认知能力培养的问题。
This thesis has stated the definition and structure of meta-cognition and describes its characteristics. It discusses the design of meta - cognitive teaching strategies, the goal and its task and makes the analysis of the factors that meta - cognition has on the design of the teaching strategies and the enlightenment that the meta-cognitive researches have on the design of the teaching strategies. Finally, it discusses the use of meta-cognition in the teaching of foreign languages and the problems of training the meta - cognitive ability of students.
