Problems and Countermeasures of Medicinal Materials Support in the Earthquake Rescue of Military Medical Team

本文总结了7支卫勤分队抗震救灾招待医疗救治和卫生防疫任务中,药材保障方面存在的携运行药材针对性不强、作用发挥不佳、后续供给脱节、药材监管手段落后等问题,并针对不同卫勤保障模式、不同保障任务确定药材携运行量及理顺药材供应保障体制,构建以联勤保障方式为主、各种保障模式相结合的供应体系等方面提出了对策。

The author summarized the main problems of medicinal materials support of seven military medical teams in the earthquake medical rescue and health prevention. These problems included less aim of carried medicinal materials, not so well of function giving, follow- up supply separating and less developed monitoring measures. The author also＇put forward following countermeasures, which were determining the carried quantity according to the support mode and mission of military medical service, rationalizing the supply system of medicinal materials as well as establishing the combined supply system of joint logistics and other support modes.
