Discussion on the Science and Research Management Laying Equal Stress on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Comprehensive Hospital

本文根据笔者所在医院近年成为上海中医药大学附属医院的现状,通过在科研管理职能工作中应对新形势、新局面的不断学习与探索,阐述实施中西医结合并重的科研管理具体举措,并试从如何形成并建立中、西医结合并重的科研管理长效机制等方面作一些思考。

The article elaborated the main measures of science and research management laying equal stress on TCM and western medicine under the new circumstance combined with the author＇ s practice. Additionally, the author made some reflection on the formation and＇establishment of enduring effect mechanism of science and research management.
