摘要
目的了解我国卫生监督机构内部人员岗位变动状况及其科室间流动影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法选取样本,应用SPSS13.0软件对样本卫生监督机构内部人员岗位变动状况及影响因素进行分析。结果不同科室之间及同科室不同专业之间岗位变动人员综合素质评分存在一定差异;内部人员岗位变动与变动前科室类别和单位级别有关,与年龄、学历和职称等无关。结论内部人员岗位的变动应结合科室和地区的特点。
Objective: To understand the status and the influencing factors of job changing in China's health supervision agencies. Methods: Stratified cluster sampling was used to select sample, SPSS13.0 software was applied to analyze the status and the influencing factors of job changing in sampled health supervision agencies. Results : Comprehensive quality differs in different ways ; the changing is related to department and region, and independent to age, academic grades and professional titles. Conclusions: The internal staff position changing should consider the characteristics of departments and the level of health inspection agencies.
