摘要 利用多体动力学软件RecurDyn建立了履带车辆模型,根据诱导轮、诱导轮曲臂及张紧装置的结构,分析它们的受力,建立诱导轮及曲臂的动力学方程,得到了诱导轮周围张紧力的计算公式,并建立了张紧装置液压和张紧力间的函数关系,对控制系统进行了初步探讨,最后通过在多种工况下的仿真,对计算结果进行了验证. The model of tracked vehicle was developed by Mutibody Dynamic Software -Recurdyn. Through analysing the structures of idler, idler arm and the track tensioner, dynamic functions of idler and idler arm were established, and the formulation of track tension around the idler was derived subsequently. In order to further study the corresponding control system, the relationship between tensioner pressure and the track tension was developed too. Finally, the caculated results were verified through siumlations under various manuvering tasks.
