咽部冷刺激疗法对老年吞咽困难患者吞咽功能恢复的影响

Study on the curative effect of cold stimulation in elderly patients with swallowing disorder

目的探讨咽部冷刺激疗法对老年吞咽困难患者吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法将77例吞咽困难的老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予回部冷刺激加常规护理,进行康复训练,对照组执行常规护理。结果经过护理干预,两组患者吞咽能力均有改善,但实验组患者吞咽能力的改善优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者吸入性肺炎的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咽部冷刺激能提高老年吞咽困难患者康复疗效,减少肺部感染等并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cold stimulation on the rehabilitation of swallowing ability in elderly patients with swallo-wing disorder. Method Seventy seven elderly patients with swallowing disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received cold stimulation and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care. Results Compared with the control group,the patients＇ swallowing ability were significantly better after the cold stimulation （P 〈 0.05 ） and the incidence rate of inhalation pneumonia was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cold stimulation is proved to be effective to promote the rehabilitation of swallowing ability,reduce the incidence rate of inhalation pneumonia and improve the quality of life in elderly patients with swallowing disorder.
