摘要
目的缓解手术病人的焦虑情绪,消除恐惧,提高心理护理的质量。方法为手术病人设计心理护理卡,在术前访视中,手术室护士携带心理护理卡到病房向病人逐一讲解病人关心的问题。结果病人各项术前准备完善率达100.00%。结论发放心理护理卡能指导病人有针对性地做好术前准备,缓解病人对手术的恐惧和担忧,提高病人对手术室护士工作的满意度,进而提高医院的服务质量。
Objective To relieve patients' preoperational anxiety and fear and improve the quality of psychological nursing. Methods A mental care card was designed for preoperational patients. The nurses in operating room brought the card to the patients in the preoperational visit and explained the patients' concerns. Result The qualified rate of preoperative preparation achieved to 100.00%. Conclusions The mental care card can specifically guide the patients to prepare for the operation, relieve their anxiety and fear,improve patients' satisfaction and thereby to promote the quality of hospital services.
