摘要
通过介绍了日本医院护理人文管理及人性化护理的特色,提出应倡导人性化服务理念,注重人性化护理管理,营造人性化服务环境,以更好地满足病人的需求,提高护理服务满意度。
This article introduced the features of humanistic management and humanity nursing in Japan hospital. In order to better satisfy the patients' needs and increase patients' satisfaction, it is suggested to advocate humanistic service philosophy, focus on humanity nursing management and create hu-manistic service environment.
