摘要
提出一个新力学———Ｂｉｒｋｈｏｆ系统动力学的基本理论框架，介绍近年的研究成果。
This paper presents the frame of fundamental theory of a new mechanic——dynamics of Birkhoff′s system. It cites the research results in recent years. It outlines the future directions of research.
