In light of the former use of the Hohenzollernwerk and the function of the two historical buildings, this office building is presented with the character of a loft. The facade is developed as a stringent exposed concrete structure - in reference to industrial architecture - in first approximation according to functional and statical considerations. The floor and supports become the formal expression of a reduced, decidedly purist architectural language.
