珠海天朗海峰超高层公寓项目为集高层公寓及商业广场为一体的大型综合性建筑群。位于珠海市前山桥西、珠海大道和南屏次干道交叉口的东南角。该项目旨在成为南湾新城的中心建筑，城市西扩后的城区聚焦点，和澳门彼岸眺望大陆的第一地标。总建筑面积130，000平米，其中商业建筑面积24，700平方米。地下三层为机动车和非机动车车库，以及相配套的设备及人防用房。地上由两幢50层的超高层住宅塔楼及一座五层的精品商城组成。

The Zhuhai Tianlanghaifeng super high-rise apartment project is a large-scale mixed-use building complex including high-rise apartment buildings and a shopping plaza. It lies in the south-east corner of crossings of west of Qianshan bridge, Zhuhaidadao, Nanping secondary road. The objective of this project is to create a central landmark for Nanwan new town, an urban focusing place after the westward expansion of the city. It is the first landmark building viewed from Macao, which is on the other side of the sea. The total floor area is 130,000 square meters including 24,700 square meters for commercial use The 3-story underground space consists of garages, technical facilities and air-refuge spaces. There are two 50-story super high-rise buildings and one 5-story shopping mall above ground.
