采用CT静脉造影研究Labbé静脉的解剖特点及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 颅底肿瘤一直是神经外科手术的难点,近年来经颞骨岩部入路切除岩斜区肿瘤越来越受到临床重视。深入研究Labbé静脉的解剖特点及与周围结构关系,对选择手术入路,避免对其损伤有重要的指导意义。本文采用脑CT静脉造影(CT venography,CTV)对Labbé静脉的解剖学特征和临床意义进行探讨。
