皮肤再生中成纤维细胞生长因子的应用及其策略

摘要 烧伤或慢性难愈性创面等多伴有不同程度的皮肤缺失,治疗中常遇到创面愈合缓慢,自体皮源不足,皮肤附件破坏,以及皮肤替代物的性能较差等问题,导致皮肤创面愈合后质量较差。成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)与皮肤及其附件,以及皮肤创面愈合关系密切,能够促进创面愈合、促进皮肤附件再生、改善皮肤替代物的性能、提高皮肤再生质量。本文对FGF提高皮肤再生质量的应用及其策略作一综述。
