促红细胞生成素导致纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿 男，10岁，因“恶心、纳差6个月，面色苍黄3个月”于2006年3月入院。外院查骨髓穿刺显示：缺铁性贫血。查体：重度贫血貌，无水肿，心肺（-），腹平软，肝脾不大，双肾区无叩击痛。人院后实验室检查：白细胞（WBC）6．0×10^9／L，血红蛋白（Hb）56g／L，血小板（PLT）138×10^9／L，网织红细胞（Ret）1．42％；血生化：碳酸氢根12mmol／L，钙1．24mmol／L，磷1．92mmol／L，血尿素氮（BUN）29．9mmol／L，肌酐（Cr）537μmol／L；肌酐清除率3．5ml／（min·1．73m^2）；血清铁代谢指标基本正常；血维生素B12、叶酸正常；
