摘要
目前形状记忆合金已在骨科临床得到广泛应用,但人们对于其某些生物力学特性了解还不够深入。针对骨科常用的形状记忆合金器械Ni-Ti合金骑缝钉和骨卡环,通过实验研究其在不同抵抗作用下回复力的变化规律,结果发现,在不同开口的情况下,它的回复力变化幅度较宽,且最大回复力随着开口高度的增大呈明显增长趋势。此外,固定器构型的不同对于回复力也有着不同的影响。这些结果对形状记忆合金骨科器械的临床应用和矫形功能有着重要的指导意义。
Shape memory alloys (SMA) have been applied broadly in orthopedics clinic. However some detailed biomechanical performances were still known little. In this paper, Ni-Ti alloy straddle nails and bone tighting rings were tested and their regulations of recovery force under different resistance were investigated, h was found that the recovery force covered a wide range in different opening and the maximal recovery force increased with the opening height was increased. In addition, different configurations also had dissimilar effects on the recovery force. The results showed significance to the clinical application and function of SMA orthopedic instruments.
