水通道蛋白的新的生理功能 被引量:3

摘要 水是生命的必需成分,目前发现,水分子通过细胞膜有两种方式,一种是通过脂质双分子层的弥散作用,另一种是通过细胞膜蛋白质的选择性转运作用,这种转运作用由水通道蛋白(AQP)介导。AQP是一组细胞膜转运蛋白,在人体中已发现共有13种AQP,分别为AQP0~AQP12。随着AQP的分布、功能以及与疾病的关系的研究不断深入,其在生理和病理情况下的作用正逐步被大家认识。现简要综述近年关于AQP的研究进展。
