脂氧素——抑制SIRS的新契机 被引量:1

摘要 脂氧素(lipoxin,LX)是继前列腺素和白三烯后被证实的又一重要花生四烯酸代谢产物,新近的研究发现LX对多种炎性细胞的功能和炎症相关基因的表达起广泛调节作用,能促进炎症反应的及时消退,被认为是机体内重要的内源性脂质抗炎介质,誉为炎症反应的“刹车信号(brakingsignals)”或“停止信号(stop signals)。
