光动力学疗法联合化疗药物对SHEEC细胞系抑制作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过光动力联合化疗药物对SHEEC细胞系抑制作用的研究,试图发现有效的联合治疗方案。方法:采用CCK-8检测单一方案(单用顺铂、5-FU、光动力)及联合方案化(先顺铂后光动力、先光动力后顺铂、先5-FU后光动力、先光动力后5-FU)对SHEEC细胞系的抑制率。结果:不同方案均有一定的抑制作用,其抑制率分别为:顺铂(23.61±0.93)%、5-FU(23.44±3.12)%、光动力(22.52±2.83)%、先顺铂后光动力(34.66±2.24)%、先光动力后顺铂(33.74±2.84)%、先5-FU后光动力(33.26±2.74)%、先光动力后5-FU(32.48±2.59)%。结论:单一方案均有一定的抑制作用。联合方案均较单一方案抑制作用强,有统计学差异。联合方案间的抑制作用无统计学差异。 Objective: To study the depressant effect of combinating chemotherapy with Photodynamic therapy by cell line SHEEC. Try to find available combination treatment project. Methods: Detect inhibition ratio of cell line SHEEC which were used by single and combinational project by CCK-8. Results: All the projects had depressant effect, the inhibition ratio: DDP (23. 61 ± 0. 93)% ,5-FU(23.44 ±3.12)% ,PDT(22.52 ±2.83) ,DDP + PDT(34.66 ±2.24)% ,PDT + DDP (33.74 ± 2.84) % ,5-FU + PDT ( 33.26 ± 2.74 ) %, PDT + 5-FU ( 32.48 ± 2.59 ) %. Conclusion : The single project had depressant effect. Combinational project was more than single project and there were obviously different. Inhibition ratio among the combinational project was not different.
