食管上皮发育过程中S100A9、PRXⅥ蛋白表达特征及其与形态变化的关系

摘要 目的:探讨钙结合蛋白S100A9和抗氧化蛋白PRXⅥ在不同胎龄胎儿食管上皮中的表达特征及与食管上皮细胞增生和分化的关系。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法结合常规光镜观察检测S100A9、PRXⅥ蛋白在胎儿食管中的表达特征。结果:S100A9在不同胎龄胎儿食管上皮中总阳性率为66%(21/32),胚胎发育中后期S100A9阳性率明显高于胚胎早期,PRXⅥ总阳性率为72%(23/32),5-6月胎龄的食管上皮中PRXⅥ阳性率明显高于其它胎龄。结论:胎儿食管上皮中S100A9、PRXⅥ蛋白的表达与胎龄密切相关,提示S100A9、PRXⅥ蛋白的表达可以反映胎儿食管上皮细胞的增生和分化程度。 Objective: To characterize the relationship between the expression of S100calciumbinding proteinA9 (S100A9) and peroxiredoxinⅥ (PRXⅥ) with cell proliferation and differentiation in 3 -9 month embryogenic esophageal epithelium. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique avdin-biotin peroxidase complex combined with histological analysis were used to detect the expression of S100A9 and PRXⅥ in fetal esophageal epithelium. Results: Of the 32 embryonic esophageal epithelium specimen, the positive immunostaining rate for S100A9 was 66% (21/32); the S100A9 positive rate in embryonic esophageal epithelium at late stage was higher than that of early stage. The PRXⅥ positive rate was 72% (23/32) ; the PRXⅥ positive rate at 5-6 month fetus was higher than that at other ages. Conclusion: Expression of S100A9 and PRXⅥ was related with the fetal age and maight reflect the histological proliferation and differentiation status of embryonic esophageal epithelium.
